Double Your Profits In A Year

Do you believe your business has the potential to double its profits in a year? If the answer is yes – I want to hear from you.

Over the next 12 months I will dedicate time to working with 10 under-performing businesses and transform them into vibrant money machines.

My minimum goal for each company will be to buck the recession, boost sales and double profits.

I’m not interested in working with ordinary businesses. I want to work exclusively with entrepreneurs who have a passion to create extraordinary companies.

I don’t claim to have the Midas touch but I do have a track record of turning loss makers into winners and good businesses into great companies.

My formula for success is a three stage process – analyse, stabilise and then optimise.

The first step is to look under the bonnet of your business to see what’s working and what’s not. This allows me to work out the true potential of your operation.

With the facts and figures in place, I can then begin drafting the transformational action plan. For some, this will be a painful exercise as I will want to change things – driving down costs to focus on growth.

There can be no sacred cows if I get involved. I’m only interested in working with business owners who will take criticism and accept my advice and guidance. So, don’t contact me if you already know it all.

Stage three is the exciting part – optimising your business so that it not only doubles its profits over the next 12 months but maximises it’s growth opportunities for years to come.

Time is my most precious asset so there will be a cost. For business consultancy, I charge top dollar – £10,000 a day.

Am I worth it?  I think so.
