An innovative approach to renting or selling a distribution centre at Newbridge will see commercial property advisors across Scotland being given the chance to earn £25,000 bonus.

Agents who find an occupier or purchaser for the 65,799sq ft unit at Terston House, below, near the M8/M9 motorway interchange, are being promised the reward by celebrity businessman owner Shaf Rasul.
