BOFFER LAUNCHES PRIVATE MEMBERS SHOPPING CLUB

Discount etailer Boffer.co.uk is to  launch a new online private members shopping club.

Bigoffers.co.uk will be a free private online club offering exclusive sales of excess and bankrupt stock.

The password protected website will be used to clear end of season and unwanted stock from high street retailers.

The site will be invite only but members will be able to introduce friends to the club which is expected to grow to 30,000 members.

Bigoffers has been launched as part of the ongoing development of the hugely successful discount website Boffer.

Boffer – which sells one discount product a day – now has 85,000 members and is the 1500th busiest website in the UK.

Products regularly sold on the popular site include laptops, iPods, digital cameras and LCD televisions.

The site’s diverse product range has been expanded further recently following the development of supply partnership with CPM Asset Management which buys excess and end of season stock from retailers.

Discussing the development of the new site, Boffer Managing Director Cheryl Hardwick said: “Boffer has captured the imagination of the online consumers through its diverse product range and knock-down bargain prices since we launched in September last year.

“We offer high-street products at a fraction of the high-street price and the site continues to grow as consumers look for a better deal online.

“The supply partnership with CPM Asset management has allowed us to develop the quality and volume of our product range even further to offer our eighty thousand members fantastic cut price deals.

“The relationship with CPM has also enabled us to access large amounts of non-technology related stock which has given us the opportunity to expand the Boffer portfolio through a dedicated private members shopping club which will be known as Bigoffers.”
