SRA Ventures Secures Property Deal with United Wholesale.

United Wholesale Scotland has secured a new 67’000 Sq Ft Edinburgh-based facility as it continues to strengthen its position as the number one cash and carry operator in Scotland.

United Wholesale acquired Terston House at Newbridge, Edinburgh, from SRA Ventures, the property arm of Scots entrepreneur Shaf Rasul.

SRA Ventures Limited  was advised on The transaction by Keith Watters from Graham and Sibbald.

Keith said we are delighted to have concluded a deal with United Wholesale who were one of a number of parties interested in this prime industrial asset, the terms of the deal are on 16 Year FRI lease basis with an option to purchase.
